We can work with any Data Room, and have yet to see one too large to be consumed. The bigger the room, the better the result as we digest, encrypt and provide an easy to use interface that will answer all your questions and provide you with insights within minutes.

It Works With a Range of Files

Throw your data room files at Reccy, as a Zip file or individually, and it will most business formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, Text, Emails, in most international languages. You can remove or replace files as the room matures and it will automatically analyse and adapt to the new information. For example, you can tell Reccy not to include afile in its analysis, or only search certain kinds of documents.

Reccy quickly highlights which documents are unreadable, encrypted or password protected. This will allow you to see where you need additional documents or passwords from the seller.

Within a short time after the upload of your first Data Room, you get a 60-point overview. This covers critical areas commonly explored such as: growth drivers, legal liabilities, IT security and key executives.

As you add to the room, you can refresh insights and they will incorporate any new information.

Reccy has a conversational Al that only pulls data from the data room in question and therefore avoids leaks and hallucinations.

Answers arrive within seconds and provide detail where possible anf file references so you can find where the source information is.

Gap Reporting

The Insights reporting also uses the same 60-point process to help you spot what is missing.

If an answer to a question isn’t to your satisfaction, the chances are that you need to request further information. And once you add it, you can refresh the Insight.
